Robin H. Fairbairn, a San Luis Obispo and Paso Robles Attorney, graduated from University of California at Berkeley with a major in Business Administration.  After serving two years in the U.S. Navy as an officer, he graduated from University of California at Los Angeles School of Law.  He has been in active practice since that time. My law practice focuses on those matters most commonly encountered by residents of San Luis Obispo County. 

I offer careful, deliberate consideration of my client's matters and I treat each client as if he or she were my own brother or sister. Clients get my full and personal attention. Their matters are thoughtfully attended to.  Legal matters require prompt, confidential consideration, and that is the type service I offer.

I limit my practice to Personal Injury/Medical Malpractice, Real Estate matters, Estate Planning including Wills and Trusts, and some Bankruptcies.Unlike many attorneys, I am prepared to take any matter to trial rather than settle for less than my client's deserve.
