I limit my practice to Personal Injury, Medical Malpractice, Real Estate matters, Estate Planning including Wills and Trusts, and some Bankruptcies.  Unlike many attorneys, I am prepared to take any matter to trial rather than settle for less than my client's deserve.

95% of all law suits filed are settled. Only 5% go to trial. However, if the other side senses a reluctance to go to trial, they will often try to force an unfair settlement on you. I have experience in the trial of both Civil and Criminal matters and I always approach my cases as though the matter were going to trial. Then, if the matter can be resolved by Mediation (a substitute for trial) my client's matter is well prepared and the best result obtained.

Whether in trial or in mediation, experienced litigators, such as myself, know the right questions to ask, and more importantly, the right questions not to ask. Experience counts.
